Peavy Homes has been building new homes since 2005. We are a custom homebuilder and contractor in the Greater Waco area. Several years of experience, efficient management, and hard work enables us to build a high quality home at a reasonable price. Delivering value to our client is our highest priority, so it’s our policy to provide consistent, comprehensive communication and service throughout the entire building process.
Jason Peavy and his team handle every aspect of the design and construction process, building to accommodate your personal tastes and specifications, creating your ideal custom home. We take pride in delivering a superior product with trust, integrity, and excellence for each customer. Peavy Homes is dedicated to exceeding each client’s expectations not only throughout the building process but in years to come as well.
If you do not currently have a house plan, we can meet with our designers to create the ideal plan for you and your family. Jason will assist you in securing a building site if desired, or we can build on your lot.
By working closely with each client, we make your ideas become your dream home.
